Cant help it.

"My mum already asked me to look around for a ring".
"Not a wedding ring of course?".
"Oh no, an engagement ring",
My heart continued beating normally."Oh. Know what, actually im ok with the idea of engagement. Just not a fancy one", i said.
"Of course, i wouldnt want a fancy one either. Just to you know.. a show of commitment".

Isnt he just sweet?! He's being all serious about US, im just so happy.

"But you know my mom.. she prefers to just get hitched straight away", i gave him the dont-know look.
"Really? I didnt know. That way, I'll save more.. *grins*"
Then i gave him that -_- look. Lol.

"Did you know that my friend's mom asked for 15K?"
"15K?! Thats alot! 10K is already alot."
"Yeah.. i know. Im just glad my mom wouldnt ask for such"
"So.... how much does your mom ask for?"
"Oh she's fine with anything."
"Like.. how much?"
"I dont think she cares. I think 5K is just fine"
"5K? Wow. I mean.. Alhamdullilah.." (Haha! So cute)
"So, how much are you giving?"
"$20"
"$20?"
"Yah. Enough right? Can go buy ice cream"

HAHA.

This morning he just got back from fishing at Ubin. And then he texted me a 'I miss you yg" msg. Cos i know he seldom say those words, i knew if he did say them, he really meant them. And thats where the sweetness seeps out of him and then i melted like all hell broke loose. Sorry, cant help melting.

Anyway, i.. am.. just.. so happy.
